I’ve been working as a Business Intelligence – Data Insights Consultant at RealDolmen since October 2011, and loving (almost) every day of it. I’m fascinated by the value of data, sometimes flabbergasted by the lack of awareness, and intrigued by the endless possibillities of discovering new ways of looking at data.
Specializing in the Microsoft Data Platform stack, and proudly holding an MCSE Business Intelligence certifcate, I try to keep on top of things by reading stuff published in the SQL Community, to know what’s happening, and what’s not.
When not working, blogging or reading, you’ll likely find me out and about pulling stunts that have something to do with Chiro, or working on my return to ShinKyokushin Karate. I admit shamelessly to laughing way too hard at DBAReactions, and I’m easily distracted by dry wit. SQL community events like SQL Saturday, or our very own Belgian SQL Server Days are something I can really enjoy, and I’m very grateful to those investing time in organising this.
